Police have recovered a fire arm. The rifle was yesterday found abandoned at
Nyamushungwa village in Nyarusiza Sub County.

Maate, the Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson, says police believe the rifle
belongs to RPS Security Company Limited.
According
to Maate, RPS had reported the disappearance of one their guards identified
with Robert Nsengiyunva with a gun. He says the rifle was found with three
rounds of live ammunition.
